I have always been interested in personal development and how our minds work. As well as having over 25 years’ experience delivering projects in financial services, I’ve also loved supporting and mentoring many people over the years, focusing on developing a positive mind-set, building resilience and increasing confidence.

About me

I’ve seen the impact the pressures and pace of work and daily life can have on people, and as a mum of two I’ve also experienced the challenges of juggling a career with being a parent.  Stress can build and we can feel out of balance.

Studying hypnotherapy and coaching at Newlands Personal Development in Edinburgh helped me understand in greater depth the link between our mind and body and how the quality of our thinking determines how we see and experience the world.

I left the corporate world in 2017 and have now started my own hypnotherapy and coaching practice in Edinburgh. I am passionate about helping people make the changes they want to feel good about themselves. This can be done in 1:1 sessions in person at the West End in Edinburgh, or online via Zoom link.
